MODERN HOME FAIR is conceptualized to provide a common platform for manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, sellers of Home & Living products and services to reach out to homeowners and shoppers under one roof. Related products and services include Health & Lifestyle as well as Housing & Property.

MODERN HOME FAIR started in January 2007. Following great success and overwhelming response from the general public during the early shows, the event has been held three times annually ever since. In 2010, MODERN HOME FAIR moved out of KL for the first time to tap the Malacca market, which has proved to be another success.
